It has been a while since Microsoft released latest build for Insiders, due to some engineering meetings. Today, Microsoft is pushing build 14915 on Fast Ring for both Mobile and PC platforms.

The new build includes a new feature, Delivery Optimization. Essentially, it is a way to distribute OS updates and apps from Store. This reduces the bandwidth usage from the company servers, but also aims to make your downloads faster by catching small pieces of the file on nearby PC’s, across the Internet or from your local network.
Additionally to this new feature, there’s a bunch of bugs fixed.
You can learn more about Delivery Optimization, check all the bugs fixed and the known issues list for PC and mobile on Windows Blogs.
NEW: As always, Microsoft changelogs don’t mention some changes people noticed around the web, such as newDevice Portal, a Blue light reduction feature, and more. Here it’s the source
As always, I want to share some ISO’s if you wish to perform a clean install.

ESD

As I can’t upload every ISO for every edition/language/architecture, I always like to provide sources to ESD. ESD it’s a compressed file that Microsoft distributes for Windows Update. It’s possible to create the common ISO files by decrypt, uncompress windows installation files, and create the install.wim from install.esd. There is a tool for that, and you can know more about it here.

Temporary links

The links below are direct links for ESD on Microsoft servers. Using some tools, you can catch this URLs when you are downloading the new build through Windows Update. Although, they aren’t “static”. I mean, they are temporary, and all of sudden can stop working. Usually they still alive for 24-48 hours, I think.
No working links at this moment, already expired

Other sources

You can download 20 ESDs from Wzor cloud. It has all editions (Single language, Core [Home], Professional, Enterprise, Education) for x86 and x64, and are available in Russian or English. Check it out

Note: ISO’s uploaded by @Lyraull have standard install.wim, while my ISO’s have install.esd compression
